How long until my order ships?

Every STARDECK clock is made to order just for you, so please allow 2–5 weeks for production before it ships. Once dispatched, delivery takes 7–15 business days with tracking. We email you at every stage — order confirmed, in production, and shipped.

Does it really shoot flames or fly?

No — and we're upfront about that. The rear engine glows with a blue LED effect when the alarm fires, and the ship vibrates in place on its base. No fire, no flight — just the look and roar. Everything is shown honestly in our videos.

Does the ship move around?

It's a solid desk alarm clock — anchored to its brushed metal base with chain tie-downs. When the alarm hits, it vibrates in place like an engine kicking on. It doesn't fly or drive. That's by design and it's what makes it feel alive on your shelf.

How loud is the alarm?

Loud enough to get you up. It plays a real engine ignition roar instead of a weak beep — heavy sleepers love it. Volume is adjustable for your room.

How is it powered?

USB-C rechargeable — no constant battery swapping. Charge it, set it on your nightstand or desk, and you're good to go for weeks.

Is it good quality or a cheap toy?

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Because each piece is custom made to order, all sales are final except for defective or damaged items. If anything arrives broken or faulty, email us within 7 days with a photo or video and we'll repair, replace, or refund it. You can also cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of ordering, before production begins.

When do pre-orders ship?

Pre-orders lock in the launch price and reserve your unit in the first production run. First batch ships within 2–5 weeks of the pre-order window closing. You'll get an email confirmation the moment production starts on yours.
